Contribution in a CCRP7 project. The goal of that project was to develop a brand new application used for so called customer complaint registration process. The application is to be used by almost all ABB employees and should support both external and internal customers of the whole ABB group. Support on migration tasks between internal systems.
Development of various in-house systems. Design and implementation of a bank critical applications, using latest Microsoft technologies. Participation in development of so called GBRT (Global Bank Resilience Tool).
Implementation of an In-House system for servicing external clients and contractors (so-called Stammdatensystem). Analysis and design of the CRM / WWS system. Consulting at the customer's premises.
Development of internal computational applications and advanced financial macros for the needs of the group. Remote customer support and conducting mandatory employee training using the Access database engine.
